We provide Free Shipping over $199.99 and certain items to the contiguous 48 United States. Items that are oversized or 70 lbs do not qualify for free shipping and require additional shipping charges. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses, Expedited Delivery,  please contact us for a shipping quote!

Note: Local duties and taxes are not included in the sale price or shipping charges. We are not responsible for any taxes outside of NY or the USA. In the event the customer refuses a shipment, all shipping costs to and from the country or State in which the item was shipped to will not be refunded.

Avoid Processing Delays and Order Cancellation by providing us with your correct Billing Address for verification by your credit card company. This is the address where you receive your monthly statement. If any of the information is incorrect, it may delay your order. We will contact you if there are any issues. Please understand that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to insure on-line security and is required by all credit card issuers. Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover require Billing Address Verification and only allow us to ship to a verified alternate address. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your Billing Address, the shipping address must be added to your credit card account so it can be verified:

  1. Please contact your credit card issuer at their customer service dept (phone number is located on the back of your card or on your monthly statement).
  2. Inform the credit card issuer that you would like to add an authorized alternative shipping address to your account. The information will remain on file for future orders.

Not all on-line merchants follow these regulations, but as a 100% secure shopping site, we comply with all Internet Anti-Fraud procedures. We hear time and again that “other companies didn’t require this” but those other companies are not following security regulations that are required by all credit card issuers. Wouldn’t you like to know your personal information is being treated with the utmost security and respect? Returns

NOTE: This Policy pertains to online sales only! Purchases made at our retail location are subject to the policy stated on your in store receipt.

If you need to return something, please call us within 14 days of receipt in order to obtain a Return Authorization or RA number. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all included items within 10 business days of RA number issuance and with the RA clearly marked on the box. Items that are not returned in original, resalable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We will exchange a defective unit for the same unit. If your purchase is incompatible with your setup, or you simply do not like your purchase, we will exchange for an alternative item or store credit, less shipping fees (including those which may have been incurred on “free shipping” items).

Return Exceptions

Cartridges and styli, bulk cable, bulk cassettes, fog, bubble, haze or snow fluid, carpeting, replacement lamps that have been plugged-in, slipmats, and color media (gel) may not be returned. Items that cannot be sanitized, such as mouthpieces, or other expendable supplies may not be returned or exchanged. All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes, accessories, and packaging or they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Gear that has been rack mounted, damaged gear due to misuse, and any product that looks used and cannot be resold as new, will automatically be charged 15% restocking fee. Ask your sales representative if you are unsure if the fee applies to your return.

All special order items are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects by the manufacturer. Since these item(s) are specifically ordered for you, they cannot be returned for credit or exchange. If your package arrives damaged or defective, please let our Customer Service Department know and return it to us within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
